The former Leander Games and Vibra Gaming CEO unveils a new consultancy aimed at helping gaming and technology companies scale with strategic clarity and cross-market insight.
Renowned iGaming entrepreneur Ramiro Atucha has unveiled Atucha Strategic Advisory, a new consultancy dedicated to empowering gaming and technology businesses with expert strategic direction, market insight, and business development support.
The launch marks a new chapter in Atucha’s distinguished 20-year career in the global iGaming sector — a career that has seen him build, scale, and lead brands across multiple continents. From co-founding Leander Games to steering Vibra Gaming as CEO, Atucha has become a defining figure in shaping both the European and Latin American gaming landscapes.
Before entering the gaming industry, Atucha served as CEO of Ixone Studios, an Argentina-based software and digital identity firm serving U.S. clients, further expanding his cross-industry and international experience.
Initially, Atucha Strategic Advisory will focus on opportunities within the LatAm market, with plans to extend globally. Working directly with founders and leadership teams, Atucha will offer high-level guidance across market entry, corporate structure, strategic alignment, and product positioning.
“Over the years, I’ve become increasingly passionate about those strategic conversations that define a company’s direction,” said Ramiro Atucha.
“Whether it’s expanding into new markets, refining corporate structures, or ensuring the right people are in the right roles — these are the challenges that create long-term success. My goal is to share the experience that only time in the field can bring, with businesses that inspire me and where I can truly make a difference.”
Atucha’s rare combination of hands-on operational leadership and strategic vision across regulated markets in Europe, the U.S., and Latin America makes him uniquely positioned to advise companies navigating growth and transformation in the evolving gaming landscape.
Later this month, Atucha will reveal the first members of his advisory portfolio, signalling the start of a new phase in his mission to help gaming leaders think bigger, move smarter, and build lasting success.
