BETER Secures Approvals in Indiana and Iowa as US Expansion Accelerates

Fast-betting content and data provider BETER has taken another major step in its US growth strategy after securing regulatory approvals to offer its exclusive Setka Cup table tennis tournaments in Indiana and Iowa.

The approvals, granted by the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC), allow BETER to deliver its live Setka Cup content — including real-time data, streaming, and odds — to licensed operators in both states. The tournaments are now live via bet365, which earlier this year also launched BETER content in Colorado and New Jersey.

BETER provides round-the-clock coverage of over 700,000 fast-betting events annually, featuring live data, streaming, and up to 50 betting markets per event across multiple sports and esports verticals, including table tennis, basketball, padel, cricket, and ESportsBattle tournaments.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, said: “Securing approvals in Indiana and Iowa is another significant milestone in our US journey. It demonstrates the trust regulators place in our commitment to compliance, integrity, and player protection — values at the heart of BETER’s global strategy.”

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, added: “These approvals highlight the efficiency and expertise of our legal team in navigating complex US regulatory frameworks. With the support of our legal partners, we’re continuing to build momentum toward future state launches, including North Carolina, Arizona, and Ohio.”
