Geolocation and compliance technology specialist Xpoint has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Chris Boni as Chief of Staff (CoS), reinforcing the company’s strategic and operational capabilities amid rapid global growth.
Boni joins Xpoint following an impressive career spanning senior product and strategy roles at leading gaming firms. Most recently, he served as SVP of Product, Social Casino at Aristocrat, having previously held key leadership positions at IGT as VP, Digital Gaming Products, and at Betfair as Director of US Products before its merger with FanDuel.
In his new role, Boni will act as a strategic partner to CEO Manu Gambhir and the executive team, focusing on operational alignment, efficiency, and execution of key corporate initiatives. 
The hire follows Xpoint’s earlier 2025 appointment of Tom Flaherty as Chief Financial Officer, underlining the company’s continued investment in experienced leadership as it scales its international footprint.
