Veteran iGaming leader to accelerate studio’s expansion and innovation
RubyPlay, the forward-thinking B2B iGaming development studio, has named Tsachi Maimon as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a major step in the company’s mission to scale globally and solidify its reputation as a leading content supplier.
Bringing nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience, Maimon is one of the industry’s most respected executives. As CEO of Aspire Global, he steered the company through a period of significant growth, expanding via the acquisitions of BtoBet and Pariplay, alongside a strategic investment in bingo provider End2End. This journey culminated in Aspire’s acquisition by NeoGames in 2022, where Maimon took on the role of President and Head of iGaming. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Interactive, following its 2024 purchase of NeoGames.
At RubyPlay, Maimon will spearhead the company’s global strategy, building on its strong performance across Latin America, the US, and beyond. The studio has recently secured high-profile operator partnerships, while also diversifying its portfolio with unique mechanics like Immortal Ways®, Go High®, and Diamond Explosion®, as well as launching independent studio Koala Games earlier this year.
“Joining RubyPlay is a significant step, and I’m excited to collaborate with the founders and management team to elevate the company even further,” said Maimon. “RubyPlay has already achieved remarkable momentum, with games live across the biggest global operators. Now is the time to scale this success and expand into new regulated markets, with North America a key focus. Together, we aim to set new benchmarks for quality, creativity, and growth.”
RubyPlay has grown from a creative studio into a trusted content partner for tier-one operators, with its localised approach and bespoke content capabilities earning recognition worldwide. With Maimon at the helm, the company is set to continue its evolution as a global force in regulated iGaming markets.
