Peter & Sons Take Their Games to Interwetten’s Global Stage

Award-winning global game development studio Peter & Sons has entered into a partnership with online gaming pioneer Interwetten. Under the agreement, the Barcelona-based studio will launch its portfolio of premium, creatively driven slot titles to Interwetten players across several regulated markets, including Germany, Greece, Spain, and Sweden.

Peter & Sons is widely recognised for its distinctive hand-drawn visuals, eccentric characters, and bold narrative style, blending humour, fantasy, and folklore. Its catalogue features popular titles such as Barbarossa, Xibalba, Wild 1, and Voodoo Hex, alongside more recent releases including Zombie Road, Bubblegum, and Robbo.

Established in 1990, Interwetten was a trailblazer in online sports betting, becoming one of the first operators to go live digitally in 1997. Today, the company is a major force in the online gaming sector, operating in over 200 countries and ten languages, with a particularly strong presence in German-speaking regions and southern Europe.

This partnership marks the latest in a series of high-profile content agreements for Peter & Sons, further extending the studio’s footprint across Europe and South America. Founded in 2019 with a vision to challenge conventional game design, the developer now holds licences in more than 15 jurisdictions worldwide.

Yann Bautista, Commercial Director and Founder of Peter & Sons, commented:
“Many operators talk about innovation, but few can truly be considered pioneers in iGaming like Interwetten. We’re excited to work with a brand that shares our forward-thinking mindset and has such a strong presence in key European markets as we continue to introduce our distinctive content to new audiences.”

Mario Bilic, Director of Products at Interwetten, added:
“We’ve long admired the originality and craftsmanship behind Peter & Sons’ games. Their willingness to push creative boundaries makes them a perfect fit for our offering, and we’re delighted to make their titles available to our players.”
