Oddin.gg has appointed Martin Lycka as Vice President of Institutional Affairs, reinforcing the company’s regulatory and responsible gambling capabilities as esports betting continues to expand across regulated markets worldwide.
Lycka brings more than 15 years of senior regulatory and responsible gambling experience across Europe, North America, and Latin America. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President for American Regulatory Affairs and Responsible Gambling at Entain, where he led regulatory strategy across the Americas and oversaw global esports-related regulatory matters. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Gaming Association.
Prior to Entain, Lycka held senior regulatory leadership roles at GVC Holdings and Paddy Power Betfair, managing licensing efforts and regulatory strategy across multiple jurisdictions. 
In his new role at Oddin.gg, Lycka will engage closely with regulators, policymakers, publishers, tournament organisers, and industry integrity bodies to ensure the company’s esports betting solutions remain aligned with evolving compliance standards. Based on the U.S. East Coast, he will also support Oddin.gg’s continued expansion into additional regulated jurisdictions globally.
The creation of this role reflects increasing industry focus on institutional credibility and regulatory engagement as esports betting matures within licensed frameworks.
