Northern Lights Gaming names Ed Pattman as Head of Studio

Northern Lights Gaming has announced a key leadership change with the appointment of Ed Pattman as Head of Studio, further strengthening its senior management team.

A co-founder of the company alongside Andrew Goodale in 2017, Pattman has been integral to Northern Lights’ rise from a two-person team to a 30-strong studio with over 40 titles, including the hit Unusual Suspects series.

Having served as Game Producer, Pattman will continue to oversee all aspects of game creation — from concept to release — while also leading the studio’s creative and production departments.

Supporting him is Scott Newby, who has been promoted to Head of Games, taking on an expanded role shaping Northern Lights’ creative direction and product strategy.

CEO Chris Loftus praised the appointments:

“Ed is one of the most talented and experienced game producers in the industry. As Head of Studio, he’ll continue to play a hands-on role while ensuring we keep pushing boundaries in game design and quality.”

Pattman added:

“I’m incredibly proud of what Northern Lights has achieved and excited to continue the journey, building on our mission to create epic slots that keep players engaged spin after spin.”

With new leadership and several high-profile releases on the horizon, Northern Lights Gaming looks poised for its next phase of growth.
