InsightPlay.ai has appointed Diego Van Meerbeke as Commercial Director, strengthening its leadership team as the company scales its AI-driven engagement platform across Latin America and other regulated markets.
The move comes at a pivotal stage for InsightPlay.ai, as it transitions from early market traction to commercial expansion following its recent seed funding round and growing deployment of its technology across multiple jurisdictions.
InsightPlay.ai provides an AI-powered engagement platform that enables operators to manage real-time customer interactions at scale. With strong adoption in the iGaming sector, the platform supports user engagement across voice, messaging, and digital channels, delivering measurable impact across onboarding, reactivation, and retention.
Van Meerbeke joins from Better Collective, where he led commercial operations across Spanish-speaking Latin America, working closely with operators and driving revenue growth within a competitive affiliate landscape. His previous experience also includes senior roles at The Walt Disney Company and ESPN, where he focused on media sales and strategic partnerships.
