GameOn has expanded its Fractional CMO offering with the appointment of Roxana Nazalu, further strengthening its strategic marketing capabilities within the iGaming sector.
Nazalu joins the specialist B2B marketing and PR agency in a consulting capacity as a Fractional CMO, where she will support clients across campaign strategy, development and execution.
Bringing extensive industry experience, Nazalu has held senior marketing roles with leading operators and suppliers, including Las Vegas Sands, Casimba Gaming, Aspire Global and Pragmatic Play.
Her experience also led to the launch of Orange Synapse, a specialist agency supporting iGaming companies with brand strategy, product marketing and global market positioning.
The appointment marks a closer collaboration between GameOn and Orange Synapse, enabling both businesses to broaden their combined service offering across strategy, execution and technical delivery.
GameOn’s Fractional CMO division, launched in October 2024 and led by Alex Wilson, has seen strong growth as demand increases for flexible, senior-level marketing leadership.
The model allows businesses to access CMO-level expertise without the cost of a full-time hire, making it particularly suited to start-ups and scaling companies, while also enabling established organisations to position marketing as a core revenue driver with board-level accountability.
