DEGEN Studios Appoints Reinholds Sprogis as Senior Game Producer

DEGEN Studios has appointed Reinholds Sprogis as Senior Game Producer, strengthening its production leadership as the studio continues to scale its bold and uncompromising approach to game development.

In his new role, Sprogis will take ownership of production across DEGEN’s growing portfolio, working at the intersection of creative, technical and commercial teams to guide titles from initial concept through to release.

He joins DEGEN with extensive experience in game production and operations, having most recently held senior roles at Boldplay and Golden Rock Studios. Known for his detail-focused, hands-on approach, Sprogis brings a deep understanding of delivery, compliance and execution, developed through years of close collaboration with development, art and product teams in fast-paced studio environments.

His background spans both studio and operator-facing roles, giving him a practical perspective on what it takes to move games efficiently from concept to launch without compromising creative intent. Alongside production discipline, Sprogis brings a strong creative sensibility, ensuring that structure and process support, rather than restrict, innovation.

The appointment reinforces DEGEN’s ambition to build games by gamers, for gamers, while maintaining the studio’s distinctive identity. Working closely with Head of Studio Danny Gordon, Sprogis will play a key role in driving DEGEN’s next phase of growth and delivery.
