In less than two years, ENJOY Gaming has shifted from an emerging studio to one of the industry’s fastest-advancing suppliers — a trajectory driven not by chance, but by structure. In this interview, COO Mila Terzi outlines the principles behind ENJOY’s rapid ascent: disciplined creativity, operational predictability, and a product-first approach that has enabled the company to scale at speed, secure major partnerships, and expand across multiple regulated markets without compromising quality.
1. You helped transform Enjoy from a new studio player into a “Rising Star of the Industry” in under two years. What leadership principles drove this acceleration?
Our growth isn’t accidental – it’s built on the discipline behind creativity. From day one, we built ENJOY around a simple idea: product quality comes first, and every process must reinforce that focus.
We never relied solely on intuition – we built an architecture where creativity is supported by the system, not constrained by it. This combination of talent and structure allowed us to scale quickly without losing quality.
2. Many young studios struggle to attract attention, yet Enjoy closes aggregator deals faster than some established brands. What drives this momentum?
The market has evolved. Aggregators no longer require “more content” – they seek reliable partners with consistent speed and scalability. Our strength lies in product and operational discipline: clear communication, no surprises, and a system that enables teams to move swiftly without chaos. When internal structures are robust, speed becomes a product – and partners can feel it.
3. How do you build trust with major platforms without a long history or large-scale presence?
We behave like a mature supplier from day one. Today, legacy is not about years on the market – it’s about professionalism, transparency, and reliable delivery. Platforms see that each new game brings more profit and that we have significant potential.
Behind this stands a team that works like a tech company: structured, responsible, predictable. Trust appears when a partner knows you’re not improvising – you deliver on your promises.
4. Enjoy invests equally in slots and Live Game Shows. How do you allocate resources without losing focus?
We manage creativity the same way we manage technology – through repeatable and transparent processes. The most important thing is that we trust our leaders responsible for creativity and product, and we build structures that make their work comfortable and efficient.
Clear roles, predictable cycles and team synchronisation allow us to run two verticals without internal competition. We avoid the main trap of multi-vertical studios – chaos. When the system is strong, the second vertical doesn’t divide attention – it amplifies it.
5. Your live games, such as Enchanted Forest, combine theatricality and gaming. Are hybrid formats the future of Live Casino?
Yes. The new stage of Live Casino is a blend of show, game design, production and technology. Players want more than a host and a wheel – they want emotion, story, immersion. But hybrid formats work only when processes protect creativity. Without that, ambition collapses under its own weight.
6. What operational challenges appear when releasing at high speed across different countries and tech stacks?
The main challenge isn’t production – it’s coordination. High-speed operations require: a disciplined release pipeline, unified standards, predictable QA, and teams that can adapt without breaking the system.
Today, the winners are not the largest companies but the most adaptable ones. Flexibility isn’t just a slogan; it’s essential for survival.
7. You’ve entered Ukraine and are preparing launches in Italy, Greece, Portugal, and Brazil. How do you set priorities in such a fast-moving market?
Our strength lies in our people. We have an excellent commercial team with extensive market expertise, and they guide us in choosing the right direction. We select markets based on three criteria: regulatory clarity, demand, and partner stability.
The old approach — “enter everywhere at once” — no longer works. Markets have become stricter and less tolerant of experimentation. We focus on regions where we can deliver quality from day one.
8. Enjoy is growing fast. How do you preserve the culture that created this growth?
Culture scales only when systems do. We don’t romanticise startup chaos. We build structure around people, not the other way round. That means clear expectations, transparent accountability, and ongoing improvement. When people feel supported by the system, growth becomes a steady rhythm – not a risk.
9. With so many slot suppliers today, what will distinguish those who survive from those who become a commodity?
A high-quality product is what distinguishes us and drives rapid growth. We thoroughly analyse our players to understand what encourages them to keep coming back to our games. Every element matters: the idea, music, design, and the emotions our games inspire. Our Art Directors and Product Owners are deeply dedicated to the product.
We never compromise on quality – that is a strict principle. Many companies develop games hastily without depth and ultimately fade away. The successful studios will be those that operate like product companies, not just content factories.
10. If we speak again in 12 months, what will Enjoy have achieved?
We will enter new regulated markets, strengthen both verticals, and maintain our pace without sacrificing quality. But most importantly, we will remain stable. Momentum isn’t created just once – the system sustains it. And that system is exactly what we are building.
