BoscaSports Acquires 2DB to Strengthen Video Streaming and Data Solutions Offering

BoscaSports has completed the acquisition of UK-based 2DB, significantly strengthening its position as a provider of video streaming, data solutions and retail display technology for the global betting industry.

The deal brings together BoscaSports’ live betting information systems with 2DB’s expertise in integrated video streaming and digital display technology, creating a combined offering spanning LBO display infrastructure, real-time data distribution and video services.

The acquisition has been supported by a loan facility from Allied Irish Bank (AIB), alongside increased investment from Racecourse Media Group (RMG), a long-standing stakeholder in BoscaSports.

The transaction marks a major step in BoscaSports’ growth strategy, enabling the company to scale its technology stack, expand its international footprint and enhance its value proposition for racecourses, operators and bettors.

2DB is a specialist provider of video streaming and real-time data solutions, supporting digital display environments across the gaming sector and working with major global operators.

Following the acquisition, BoscaSports’ team will double in size, supporting accelerated product development and global expansion. The company currently delivers live betting information to retail displays across all 86 racecourses in the UK and Ireland and now operates in 12 international markets, including Italy, the UAE and Morocco.

The combined client base includes major operators such as Flutter brands including Paddy Power, Entain, William Hill and BoyleSports, alongside a range of independent operators.

With revenue growth of approximately 40% over the past 12 months and a series of new international contracts secured, the acquisition positions BoscaSports to further scale its presence across retail, on-course and online betting environments.
