Black Cow Technology, long recognised for its advanced Remote Game Server (RGS) solutions, is set to evolve its business model by transitioning into a multiplayer game developer.
The company’s technology is already widely adopted across the industry, with its Single Player RGS powering brands such as DraftKings and Interbloc, while its recently launched Multiplayer RGS is utilised by PlayJeux and Light & Wonder. With demand for multiplayer experiences accelerating globally, Black Cow is now preparing to produce its own portfolio of multiplayer titles.

Built on the framework of Black Cow’s proven Single Player RGS, the Multiplayer RGS is the only genuinely event-driven system of its kind. It supports multiplayer mechanics across any game type—ranging from slots, table games and crash titles to bingo, live dealer formats and even non-gambling interactive events.
To support its new direction, the company has strengthened its leadership team with two strategic hires: Ernie Lafky as Chief Product Officer and Shelley Hannah as Chief Operations Officer. Lafky will oversee the creative direction and multiplayer product vision, while Hannah will guide operational transformation as the company shifts toward a product-focused model.
Black Cow will soon reveal its Multiplayer content roadmap. The business says its upcoming titles will reflect the reliability and adaptability that have defined its technology over the past 12 years.
Founder and CEO Max Francis commented:
“After years of enabling operators and suppliers to innovate on top of our RGS technology, moving into in-house multiplayer game development is a natural next step. Multiplayer is what players increasingly expect—and often demand—today. Our technology gives us enormous scope to build truly distinctive, social, next-generation experiences.”
