BC.GAME has expanded its regulated market footprint with the launch of its platform in Nigeria, following the successful acquisition of a sports betting and casino licence from the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA).
The company has gone live via its dedicated local domain, bcbet.ng, offering a full suite of sportsbook and casino products tailored to the Nigerian market.
The move marks BC.GAME’s second entry into a regulated African jurisdiction, following its launch in Kenya last year, and forms part of a broader strategy to scale its presence across high-growth, regulated markets.
Nigeria represents a key opportunity for operators, underpinned by a young, mobile-first population, increasing internet penetration, and strong demand for digital entertainment and real-time betting experiences. The market’s evolving regulatory framework further supports long-term growth and operator investment.
Through the launch, Nigerian players gain access to a wide portfolio of casino titles and sports betting markets, with full support for local currency transactions in Nigerian Naira.
Alongside market entry, BC.GAME has implemented a series of user experience enhancements, including improved navigation, clearer support structures, and more transparent communication around payments and account management.
The platform has also strengthened its transparency framework, introducing more visible guidance and educational materials aimed at increasing user trust and engagement.
Kar Kheng Giam, CEO of BC.GAME, said:
“User experience today is closely tied to clarity, consistency and transparency. As we expand into new regulated markets such as Nigeria, we are focused on making the platform easier to understand while continuing to improve how we communicate with our users.”
He added:
“Nigeria is home to one of the most passionate sports fanbases globally, with a strong football culture and growing interest in digital gaming. This launch allows us to bring those elements together in a market with significant long-term potential.”
BC.GAME currently holds additional licensing in Anjouan and continues to prioritise regulatory expansion as part of its long-term growth strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
