Leading sportsbook and iGaming software provider Altenar has reinforced its product leadership team with the appointments of Nikos Zygouris as Head of Sportsbook Product and Alfred Bashllari as Sportsbook Product Consultant.
Together, the industry veterans bring more than 30 years of combined experience in sportsbook product development, operations, and strategy. The hires reflect Altenar’s ongoing commitment to innovation and its mission to deliver high-performance, scalable sportsbook solutions for operators across global markets.
Zygouris joins Altenar following his tenure as Head of Product at Campeon Gaming, with previous experience at Novibet, Intralot, and OpenBet. His extensive background in product innovation and cross-team collaboration will play a key role in shaping Altenar’s product roadmap. 
Bashllari adds over two decades of senior leadership experience, having held pivotal roles at Sportradar, Betgenius, Scientific Games, and OPAP. His expertise across the sports betting, gaming, and lottery sectors will further support Altenar’s strategic growth.
